Armenia at Venice Biennale Presented at CCA

On July 7 another "Encounter with Art" took place at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. This time the event presented the Armenian Pavilion in 54th Venice Biennale. 

The curators of Armenian Pavilion, Mr. Nazareth Karoyan and Mr. Ruben Arevshatyan introduced the Armenian artists Mher Azatyan, Grigor Khachatryan and Astghik Melkonyan, featured at the Armenian pavillion of Venice Biennale.  

As the tradition goes, the Armenian art was presented in Venice at Palazzo Zennobio. 

The evening ended with a question and answer session.

  On March 11, a press conference was held at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the Republic of Armenia, during which the Cafesjian Center for the Arts presented the project of Armenian National Pavilion within the framework of the 60th Venice Art Biennale.
