April 11, 2019
Warm memories of the past were revived in the Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) on April 11, 2019. The Center opened the retrospective documentary exhibition, CCA Exhibitions 2009-2018: Interactive Overview, enabling the visitors to spin the time wheel through advanced technologies, and tour back to the past.

After the opening of this exhibition dedicated to the 10th anniversary of the Center, an Encounters with Art program lecture was delivered at the Special Events Auditorium. Looking back at an entire decade of the Center’s activities, Vahagn Marabyan,  the Acting Executive Director of the Center, recalled the noteworthy moments of the exhibitions, shared interesting details from the interaction with the artists, and thanked them for the fruitful cooperation with the Center.

Among the distinguished guests of the event were the RA Acting Minister of Culture Nazeni Gharibyan and many renowned artists, whom the audience welcomed with a big round of applause. The visitors were given the chance to have a candid conversation with the artists and CCA staff after the lecture.
