Encounters with Art Series Last Event of 2014 was Dedicated to Sergei Parajanov

On December 13, at 6:00 PM the Cafesjian Center for the Arts presented the last event of the ENCOUNTERS WITH ART series in 2014, which was dedicated to the 90th anniversary of world renowned Armenian director Sergei Parajanov. During the evening a lecture was presented and Parajanov’s last extensive interview was screened.

In program:

• Parajanov’s Artistic Experience as National Phenomenon: a lecture by writer, culturologist and philosopher Ruben Angaladian

• Parajanov: A Requiem, film-interview, director: Ron Holloway, 1994. The film will be presented by the director of the Sergei Parajanov Museum Zaven Sargsyan

The admission to the event was free, by prior reservations and invitations only.
