Changes in CCA’s Public Programs

Dear CCA members, visitors and art lovers,

Please be informed that due to public health concerns, the Cafesjian Center for the Arts is temporary limiting its activities.

In particular:

• The launch of “Chess Meetings: The Cafesjian Teen Council vs. Artists” new project planned on March 13, as well as the upcoming educational programs have been postponed. 

• March concert programs of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts have been cancelled, namely: 
March 14 – Cadance
March 21 – Aleak Folk Trio
March 27 – The Horizone of Time

• The Interactive Study Center of CCA will be closed for now, as well.

Our staff is doing their best to keep the Center safe for everyone.

• Yerevan: View From The Future exhibition opens at Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts on October 11.

  The admission to the Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery will be free on October 12-14. The exhibition will last till December 16, 2012.

• European Heritage Days at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts

  On September 29 and 30 the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, in the scope of the Days of European Heritage in Armenia, will be free of charge.

• Yerevan Collectors' Choice exhibition has been extended until December 16, 2012.

  ---

  The exhibition features a selection of works from the private collections of art historian Poghos Haytayan, painter Robert Elibekian and architect Oshin Yeghiazariantz.

• Installation of New Sculptures at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

  Throughout the summer, tourists and residents of Yerevan will enjoy the installation of a remarkable group of new sculptures at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, including the Cafesjian Sculpture Garden, Cascade Complex and the green above Monument Terrace.
