City Wildlife New Educational Program at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts

April 11, 2013
On April 11 at 15:00, a new educational program titled City Wildlife will be offered at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. The program is designed for school children and is based on ISOLATION! Urbanization versus Wildlife exhibition. In the first part of the program children will be given a tour at Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery, where they will get acquainted with the exhibited works of art accompanied with corresponding sound effects of nature and urban space.

The second part of the program will continue at the Creative Hall of CCA, where schoolchildren will be given an opportunity to discuss environmental issues and reasons of increasing isolation of mankind from the nature. In the end of the program participants will create thematic works.

“The program is aimed at raising children’s awareness of environmental issues and protection of nature, as well as encouraging them to find possible solutions in a creative environment”, - said Vahagn Marabyan, the Acting Executive Director of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

The program is realized with the partnership of the Foundation for the Preservation of Wildlife and Cultural Assets.

Participation in the program is free, with prior reservation. For more information please call: +37410 541932/34.
