ENCOUNTERS WITH ART

On December 22, at 19:00 the ENCOUNTERS WITH ART series of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) presents the last event of the series in 2016. In the scope of the evening a lecture regarding the exhibition Yerevan Collectors’ Choice 3: Boris Galstyan’s Collection: Minas, Vruyr, Deghdz Ashot will be delivered, as well the summary of CCA's 2016 programs will be presented.

The program includes:

• 19:00 Overview of the Formation of National Modernism in the Scope of One Collection
Speaker: Anna Galstyan, art historian, PhD in Art History

• 19:40 Boris Galstyan on his Collection and Exhibition
• 19:50 Summary of CCA activities in 2016 and handing out of letters of acknowledgement

The Encounters with Art program was launched at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts in October 2010, as a series of events dedicated to Armenian and international artists, as well as important cultural events.
