Encounters with Art: "Gagik Aroutiunian: The Unexpected Beauty of Oblivion"

The Cafesjian Center for the Arts' (CCA) Encounters with Art series' next event took place on July 9 in the Special Events Auditorium. The event took place in the scope of the recently opened exhibition, "Gagik Aroutiunian: The Unexpected Beauty of Oblivion."

The participants first viewed the exhibition at Eagle Gallery and met the artist. Afterwards, the movie "House of Memories" was screened at the Special Events Auditorium, and the artist gave a speech.

    The Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA) announces the closure of Ivana Šrámková: Geometric Forms and Images exhibition at Sasuntsi Davit Garden Gallery of the Center. The exhibition, opened in November 2010, for the first time in Armenia presented the works by Czech glass artist Ivana Šrámková from the Gerard L. Cafesjian Collection. The exhibition was also accompanied by a children’s program, Creativity and Imagination, administered in the exhibition gallery for children aged 6-12.
