First Ladies of Latvia and Armenia Visited the Cafesjian Center for the Arts

On December 9 2009 the First Lady of Latvia, Lilita Zatlere, and the First Lady of Armenia, Rita Sargsyan, toured the Cafesjian Center for the Arts exhibition galleries. The first ladies were accompanied by Natalia Nalbandyan, the wife of Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandyan, and Albina Galoyan, the wife of Armenia's ambassador to Latvia. The tour ended in the CCA Museum Store.

The next day the Cafesjian Center for the Arts was visited by the representatives of the Latvian business delegation who stated their admiration of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

The CCA was recognized for "efficient operations and creative success." The CCA's Acting Executive Director Vahagn Marabyan received the honor on behalf of the Center.
