Journey through Colors Educational ProgramAugust 13, 2013 Journey through Colors educational program is designed for children and adults and is based on the exhibition Haroutiun Galentz: Color as Form.In the first part of the program children will be given a tour at Eagle Gallery, where they will get acquainted with the exhibited works of art created by Haroutiun Galentz and the main concepts of the artist. The second part of the program will continue in CCA’s Creative Hall. Here, a presentation on Color theory and Fauvism art movement will be introduced to the participants. At the end of the program, participants will be asked to create their own fauvist pieces with provided materials. Participation in the program is free, with prior reservation. Admission and Hours
Cafesjian Sculpture Garden: always open. Escalator Gallery: everyday, 8:00-20:00. Exhibition Galleries, Museum Store and Visitor Center: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 10:00-20:00. The Center is closed on state holidays. From April 1 until October 31, CCA Museum Store, besides Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, will also be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 10:00am till 6:00pm.
