Journey through Colors

On July 10, a new educational program titled Journey through Colors was launched at the Cafesjian Center for the Arts (CCA). The program was designed for children and adults and was based on the exhibition Haroutiun Galentz: Color as Form. 

In the first part of the program children were given a tour at Eagle Gallery, where they were acquainted with the exhibited works of art created by Haroutiun Galentz and the main concepts of the artist. 

The second part of the program was continue in CCA’s Creative Hall. Here, a presentation on Color theory and Fauvism art movement was introduced to the participants. 
At the end of the program, participants were asked to create their own fauvist pieces with provided materials.

Participation in the program was free, with prior reservation.
