Improvisation inspired by Bach, Ravel, Debussy, Komitas, Gurdjieff and Keith Jarrett.

Modern pianist, improviser inspired by the motifs of John Coltrane / McCoy Tyner / Keith Jarrett / Thelonious Monk / Chick Corea / Bill Evans / Randy Weston / Ornette Coleman…, Thibaud Mennillo is the grandson of jazz pianist Roger Mennillo, trainer of all a generation of pianists. The improvised piano allows him to exploit all these melodic, polyphonic and polyrhythmic sources of inspiration, often expressing himself in a very concerted use of the instrument. Through his compositions, Thibaud Mennillo takes us on a sensory journey to the heart of his inner universe.
