Metropolitan Museum Delegation Visited CCA

On March 3, 2015 the delegation of the Metropolitan Museum (New York, USA), including Dr. Griffith Mann, the Curator in Charge of Department of Medieval Art and The Cloisters, and Dr. Helen Evans, the Curator for Byzantine Art, visited the Cafesjian Center for the Arts.

They had a special tour in the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, conducted by the Acting Executive Director of the Center Mr. Vahagn Marabyan. The representatives of the prominent American museum were impressed by the Cafesjian Center for the Arts and its unique collection of art. At the end of the tour, they shared their impressions in the visitor's book of the Center.

Admission and Hours

Cafesjian Sculpture Garden: always open.
Escalator Gallery: everyday, 8:00-20:00.
Exhibition Galleries, Museum Store and Visitor Center: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 10:00-20:00.
The Center is closed on state holidays.

From April 1 until October 31, CCA Museum Store, besides Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, will also be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 10:00am till 6:00pm.
