February 05, 2016
On February 4, 2015 the Cafesjian Center for the Arts organized its special annual educational program in celebration of Holy Vardanants festival, as part of which the Center hosted pupils from Yerevan (school after Nikol Aghbalyan) and Masis (school N31). The program was carried in Khanjyan Gallery, where participants got acquainted with the famous mural by Armenian renowned artist Grigor Khanjyan and its three parts with the focus of the central composition featuring the battle of Vardanants. Afterwards, the children participated in a quiz, in the scope of which questions about the battle of Vardanants and the mural were asked to the pupils. At the end of the program calendar-cards of CCA were handed out to the participants.
