The Cafesjian Center for the Arts Presents New Sculpture from the Gerard L. Cafesjian Collection

May 11, 2012
A new sculpture, Cafesjian Crystal Tower, is now on exhibit in the Escalator Gallery of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts. It is a unique artwork, executed by staff of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts, from a concept proposed by Gerard L. Cafesjian.  The three stainless steel pylons at the sculpture’s core radiate steel stems supporting Swarovski crystal chunks and pieces of natural Armenian obsidian. A special integrated illumination system adds a spectacular luster to the Cafesjian Crystal Tower and its resemblance to a Tree of Life.
