The First Encounter of the Mapping the Memory Program Was Held

On March 14 the first encounter of the Mapping the Memory program was held in the scope of the Sahak Poghosyan: the silence of my grandmother's eyes exhibition. The program assumes eight encounters with an heir of a genocide-survivor, who will share the path of his family through a story of an object, remain (photo, jewellery…) that once belonged to their ancestors and have survived after the genocide. 

The first guest of the program was artist Sahak Poghosyan, the author of the project entitled Silence of My Grandmother's Eyes.

Admission and Hours

Cafesjian Sculpture Garden: always open.
Escalator Gallery: everyday, 8:00-20:00.
Exhibition Galleries, Museum Store and Visitor Center: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 10:00-20:00.
The Center is closed on state holidays.

From April 1 until October 31, CCA Museum Store, besides Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, will also be open on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 10:00am till 6:00pm.
