Razmik Davoyan "Whispers and Breath of the Meadows" book presentation

The presentation of a bilingual book of poetry, Whispers and Breath of Meadows, by the most notable Armenian contemporary poet Razmik Davoyan was held. The book was published in 2010 in England, UK by Arc Publication's within the Visible Poets series.

The evening was opened with the speech of the PR and Marketing Director of the Cafesjian Center for the Arts - Anna Simonyan, who emphasized the role of CCA as a cultural bridge between Armenia and the world.  Mrs. Armine Tamrazian presented the history of the book and the importance of the publication.

Following the introductory speeches of the translator and the editors, Mr. Davoyan shared his excitement about the publication and thanked Arc publication and all involved persons, who contributed to the creation of the book. At the end Mr. Davoyan thanked the Cafesjian Center for the Arts for providing the Special Events Auditorium to hold the presentation, and Mr. Cafesjian for the given opportunity.  

After the speeches, selected poems from the book were recited by Armine Tamrazian and Angela Jarmen in English, and the poet Razmik Davoyan in Armenian.
